a) Cybex hack squat (600lbs baby!)
b) Cybex seated calf raises
4 Single sets of:
c) Cybex leg squat press (practically dead after the hack squat, so we downgraded to 400lbs)
d) Technogym seated leg extension
e) Cybex prone leg curl
f) Smith machine overhead shoulder press
g) DB lateral raise
h) Technogym kinetic cable upright row
i) Abs crunches on fitball
Come to think of it, it’s been an intense WEEK, workout and running wise. Some stats
a) Sunday: IOI Community Run 2011 – short race but which means you need to go out hard and fast. This was followed by a hard cross training on the elliptical. Here.
b) Monday: Chest workout. EXCLUSIVELY. Here.
c) Tuesday: Tempo run with LikSng. Here.
d) Wednesday: Double workout day, still feeling the effect of Tuesday’s run. Back was still sore when I woke up this morning. Easy recovery run in the evening. Here and here.
e) Thursday: DH in record time (for me anyway). Toes cramped up immediately after we finish and the calves have been following suit intermittently. Yes, till now. Here.
