Interval Training {sort of} – 4 April 2013

Route: 3 laps LG and a bit more
Distance: 6.94km (1km intervals with 1km RI)

Remember my last wish? PTL! It was granted! Cool temps, the quietness of the running path, the occasional chatter from the seniors doing their rounds = fantabulous start to Thursday.

Nothing short of amazing to be able to do the 1km intervals this morning and I had a great time out there. Let’s hope this doesn’t come back to bite me later!

Thursday’s Mantra: 3Rs - Rest, Re-hydrate, Re-fuel.
