Big time phail on the legs this morning. Why legs? Tell me why you couldn’t do it?!

3 Supersets of:

a) Precor hack squat

b) Cybex leg squat press

c) DB walking lunges

d) Hoist leg extension

e) Hoist seated leg curl

3 Supersets of:

f) DB standing overhead shoulder press

g) DB lateral raise

h) BB upright row

Single sets of:

i) Precor abcrunch

I need help with the ankle – it’s STILL swollen. I’m trying to find the motivation to do up a Five Things Friday post but my mind has been flitting back-and-forth on the ankle and work (yes, it piling up faster than you can say “faster”). I’m really bummed about the ankle and letting it affect my entire “universe”. Tragic. I know it yet I allow myself to wallow in it.
