Michael wanted us to be giant slayers this week; we’re mixing up this week’s workouts by working on a single or two muscle groups (one big and another small). We started with the chest/pecs and biceps today. And to add on to my misery, he warned me about slaying my back on Wednesday. Such fun to start the week, huh?

4 Supersets of:

a) Bench chest press

b) DB chest press

c) LF cable chest fly

d) Free standing dips

e) Push-ups

2 Supersets of:

f) DB pullover

g) BB bicep curl

Single sets of:

h) Reverse abs crunches

As you can see, I'm still busy with my big girl work and am not able to ramble about my so-not-happening (or so-happening , depending on how you view it) weekend getaway in Jakarta.
