Back! Just struck me that I’ve not been posting for a week. Work, workouts etc caught up. Yeah, life happens. Short session with Michael this morning, short as in 30 minutes and we managed to put this in:

b)    DB bendover row
c)     Reverse pull on TRX

Supersets of:
d)    Technogym cable single arm row
e)    Technogym cable upper back row (low-to-high)
f)     Pushups on medicine ball
