Back/Lats or Legs. Had the crazy idea of “requesting” that we thrash the Legs this morning – something about getting it done and over it, no need to stress about it for another week. Then again, we haven’t done Back/Lats in a week…so following the cycle…
Supersets of:
a) Free standing pull-ups (opted to do this to “get it out of the way” instead of some feeble attempt at the end of the session; it’s still feeble though)
b) Weight plate bendover row
Supersets of:
c) LF cable lat pulldown (heavier load; not progressively heavier…it was a wham, slam, dunk!)
d) Precor T-bar row
Supersets of:
e) Technogym cable bendover low row
f) KB bendover row (lucky it was only 8kgs!)
Supersets of:
g) Technogym cable criss cross rear delt row (high reps)
h) DB single arm row (FTW! Just how many variations of bendover rows are there?!?!)
Single set of:
i) Abs roll out (using the big wheelie! And whining 999,999,999,999,999,999,999, 999,999,999 times during the 4 sets. Yes, naturally on hearing that we I had to do 4, the whine-fest tripled up into a wailing-fest)
