Twos Tuesday

1.        Short run this morning with Kenny – it’s been a while since we ran together in the morning on a weekday. Out-and-back to the train station. #slow #easy

2.        #DOMS from #Legs #Workout. Solution: stuffing my face with #nutrient #protein rich #food. Anyway, yesterday’s roll call

Supersets of:
a)        Cybex weight plate loaded leg squat press (decided to bite the bullet and told Michael to load up from the first set; hey, it’s better than doing 5 sets if the warm up set is included)
b)        EPIC hack squat (light weight, high reps; there’s a difference in how your quads, glutes burn when the sequence of the superset is reversed!)

Single set of:
c)        KB walking lunges (again, “requested” to start with weights)

Supersets of:
d)        Technogym leg extension
e)        Raised static lunges (oh man…the legs were on fire!)

Single sets of:
f)        Cybex prone leg curl
g)        Cybex AbCrunch
