Three Things Thursday

1.        Everyone in the office (or at least the secretaries have been directed to do so) is spring cleaning and sprucing up or least hiding stuff in the cabinets or under the desk in anticipation of the arrival of the central bank officials and directors who decided a tour of our new office is in order. And these were from earlier this week when the lions decided a tour of our new office was in order.




2.        Missed yesterday’s group run due to traffic so this morning was a “do-or-die” mission. I ”died-ed”; still can’t get the footing right.

3.        # Plus my lower limbs were DOMS-ing from this

Supersets of:
a)        EPIC hack squat (lower weight; high reps)
b)        Cybex weight plate loaded leg squat press (obviously this combo was designed to whack the hellavu your quads and glutes)

Supersets of:
c)        KB walking lunges
d)        Jumping squats
e)        KB walking lunges (obviously this combo was designed to whack the hellavu your legs after they were revived (barely!) from the first superset; I love Michael…)

Single sets and dropsets of:
f)        Hoist leg extension
g)        Hoist seated leg curl
h)        Precor AbCrunch (I guess Michael figured that there was no way I could have climbed those stairs to the mezzanine floor after the supersets)
