Xero Shoes

Delivered. Unfortunately no chance to try them yesterday since #quads #hamstrings #glutes were in a state of emergency aka #DOMS from this. BUT BUT BUT it was a different story altogether this morning! Short 5km around Seputeh with Kenny in them - as SiawHua puts it "piak piak piak"




Since the legs were immobile (trust me, even elliptical-ing wasn’t possible) yesterday, we stuck to this



Single and double dropsets of:

a) {Other aka angled} Smith machine incline chest press (lesson never learnt: don’t let the initial reps in the first set fool you and request to “add on”)


And to the dude who was HOGGING the other Smith machine, there’s really no need to walk a full circle around the free weights area in between reps. Nor is there a need to stare into space or check out the DB after your stroll. And it surely cannot take the same amount of time I finished 4 sets + double dropsets for you to complete your first of “only 2 sets”.



Supersets and double dropsets of:

b) {Correct and intended} Smith machine bench chest press (lesson nummer zwei: this is more difficult after doing (a))

c) DB bench chest press



Supersets of:

d) Technogym cable chest fly (dropsets) (working on core and legs, so it was “both legs together” instead of my cheat ways)

e) Push-ups with hands on medicine balls (how do you people do this?!?!?!)



Supersets of:

f) Technogym cable reverse pullovers

g) Abs roll out
