There was the LYN Madness Run going up and down the 800m at DPC – do as many laps as you can in 3 hours. This was a team effort (2 pax) and at any one point, only 1 member is allowed on the course. Now naturally there were those insane enough to do a solo performance and actually won! Looking at you Lionel! Nope, I wasn’t “mad” or “suicidal” enough to sign up. All the more reason to party during the group’s CNY dinner later that night. morning –

Back to reality this morning; thank goodness it was a short workout coz my hips were sore from yesterday’s trawl at Hartamas with the TPRC gang. Unfortunately short meant intense in Michael’s books.

c) Technogym cable criss cross rear delt (let me emphasize this…starting with dropsets ain’t gonna help you get thru’ this…not without some help. A. Lot. Of. Help.)
d) Aeromat frontal raise (a “respite” in some sense)
e) Technogym cable upright row
f) Abs crunches on medicine ball
