Functional Training

Changing things around with a total body workout ala functional training type. Sorta. Not really. Oh I don’t know since I’m not an expert.

Compound sets of:
a)        BB full squats
b)        DB chest press
c)        DB overhead shoulder press
d)        KB bendover row balanced Bosu

Compound sets of:
e)        BB walking lunges
f)        Jumping squats
g)        Technogym cable chest fly
h)        Push-ups on Bosu
i)        DB lateral raise
j)        BB frontal raise
k)        Technogym cable criss cross upper back row
l)        Technogym cable reverse pull
