c) DB overhead shoulder press
d) KB bendover row balanced Bosu
Compound sets of:
e) BB walking lunges
f) Jumping squats
g) Technogym cable chest fly
h) Push-ups on Bosu
i) DB lateral raise
j) BB frontal raise
k) Technogym cable criss cross upper back row
l) Technogym cable reverse pull
