1. Monday: Had the day off in lieu for working through Saturday!
2. Tuesday: Back to the grind and somehow it didn't feel too bad!
4. Thursday: Office ceiling plaster came off and H2O dripped. Yeah makes you wonder if we’re working in a government building. Nope. Last. I. Check. Hmm…contractor is semi-government…
5. Friday: Legs day! Super tired and zzz after the early wake up calls this week and decided to skip the run in exchange for 30min of snooze time. But Michael didn’t accept any excuses and demanded “top notch” focus for this:
a) Smith machine squats
b) Cybex weight plate loaded leg squat press (oh wahahahahahahahaha!)
c) KB walking lunges
d) Box jump (let me add…low box jump since I’ve 2 left feet and my quads were burning)
e) Technogym leg extension (sweating buckets from the exertion!)
f) Cybex prone leg curl
