X-Training Day

Sore calves and hammies this morning. Thank goodness it was cross training day! Looks like the usually-lightweight Shoulders & Delts are amp-ing up to be middleweight.

Single set of:
a) Nautilus Nitro Plus overhead shoulder press (only coz both the Smith machines were occupied)

Supersets of:
b) LF cable frontal raise with ironbar (lost balance momentarily on the last set – dem! Was occupied with tomorrow’s plan – yes, it’s a day off and I planned on filling it up with Fun! Fun! Fun!)
c) DB lateral raise (continues its reign as my nemesis; I wonder what it would take to beat that beast!?!?!?)

Single set of:
d) BB combo of upright row and overhead shoulder press (ok, I get it…let’s get the former done early)

Supersets of:
e) Technogym cable criss cross rear delt
f) Technogym cable criss cross upper delt row (or whatever it’s called)

Supersets of:
g) BB upright row (short-lived dream from (d)…OBVIOUSLY; well at least I enjoyed the respite while it last)
h) Abs roll out
