Update!

So it’s been a while since I posted. Here’s the deets over the last 2 days (that’s the capacity of my memory bank!).

Ok, let’s start with the weekend – double runs on Saturday and a recovery walk on Sunday with the Yayasan Humanistik crowd (awesome experience! And great catch up session with Chris and Kenny).

Monday was a busy day at work – missed my evening walk/run as we only finished after 8pm. Started the day with a Back & Lats workout and woke up to #DOMS this morning.

Single sets of: (lots of machine work yesterday!)
a) Freemotion cable dual handle lat pull-down
b) LF cable low row
c) Technogym single arm row
d) Technogym cable dual handle row

Supersets of:
e) Technogym cable reverse pull/pressdown
f) Cybex Eagle Abdominal (was secretly jumping for joy coz I thought we were finishing!)

Single set of:
g) Free standing pull-ups (hopes dashed! And how the heck do you do pull-ups and chin-ups at the end of a tough workout?!?!?!)

This morning’s menu was another fail! Ran outta time in the last 5km of a brick-ish workout: 5.3km + elliptical + 2.2km.
