Desa Park City Training – 10 July 2013 aka Wednesday’s {Second Leg} Workout

Route: Desa Park City

Distance: 2 * 2.1km = 4.2km and a bit more (Garmin: 5.73km)

Timing: 36:59 for 6:27 min/km pace



Primary objective - shake out walk-jog and secondary being to de-stress.



Lap 1 (1.406km; 13:28)

Walked from The Waterfront since I had legs of steel.



Lap 2 (2.156km; 12:04)

Hmmm…should I walk or run? Ok, in between, jog. Still no signs of the LYN-ers.



Lap 3 (2.167km; 11:23)

Still no signs of Renee, YYY, Jason etc but I did spot this girl. Was surprised to see her since I had assumed (probably incorrectly!) her training grounds were closer to home (Cheras). Finished up and saw WH and a few others at the car park.



Thursday’s Mantra: 3Rs - Rest, Re-hydrate, Re-fuel.
