It was a busy Saturday for sure which meant I was flat out by the afternoon; yeah that happens when you try to cram 876,235,896,449,106 things into the morning…after your run. Ahhh but I got it done and could spend the rest of the weekend reading Chrissie Wellington’s book. Well, not really but managed to turn a few pages. So far so good. Anyone read it? Whatcha think?

d) Push-ups (20 reps…FML! And no cheating, no girly push-ups either)

e) Technogym cable chest fly (high to low)
f) Technogym cable chest fly (level ground; do you see the theme?!?!?! Double down of the same thing for each workout!)

g) Atomic on the fitball (and the carpet burned my elbows!)
