Three Things Thursday

1. Bagged last night’s run and this morning’s run due to the incessant rain, thunder and lightning. No kidding.

2. So this was what I was sitting in while waiting for the gym to open; if only I had some coins with me, I would have done the jingle and rocking. Yes, I do fit into a children’s bear toy car. Thanks for asking.

3. Perhaps it was a good thing to bag the runs because even climbing the stairs (just 8 steps) to the office was a struggle. Hint here. Since I was pretty much immobilized south of my abdomen, I did what every citizen of the 2000s did: Facebook and Twitter-ed the morning away in the gym before heading into the office.

Thursday’s Mantra: 3Rs - Rest, Re-hydrate, Re-fuel.
