Mid Week is here!

Gotta plough through another 3 days before the-oh-so-glorious weekend. Aka food and friends – looking forward to Saturday’s dinner.

It was tough going this morning especially towards the end. Yeah, it’s called fatigue. You know, the stuff that you get when you Michael push the limits.

Chest & Pecs

Supersets and dropsets of:
a) Smith machine bench chest press
b) DB bench chest press (working to failure was today’s everyday’s theme)

Supersets and dropsets of:
c) Smith machine incline chest press
d) DB pullover (was expecting an incline but hey, this does the job too)

Supersets of:
e) Technogym cable chest fly
f) Pushups…on Bosu (minimum of 20 reps…4 sets…)

Single set of:
g) Roller abs <insert fatigue>

Ah but I got it done. Know something else – it was a beautiful morning for a walk, stroll, jog and run and I just couldn’t help myself but head to the park.
