Back in the Game!

Gonna be vain and bigheaded and shout out: totally rocked this morning’s workout. Uber happy!

Chest & Pecs

Single sets of:
a) Smith machine bench chest press (<insert happy face> I didn’t totally kaput on this like I always do…)
b) Smith machine incline chest press (2 dropsets on this; hmmm…maybe I did wake up on the right side of the bed this morning)
c) DB bench chest press (or may not; at least the left side didn’t leave the house!)

Supersets of:
d) LF cable chest fly (lesson learnt today: put the right foot in front instead of the left!)
e) DB pullover (let’s be honest here…DB 1; Sue ½ )

Supersets of:
f) Reverse abs crunches
g) Incline diamond pushups (finally some semblance of what it’s supposed to look like)

And since a post without pics are not noteworthy on the interweb, here’s Saturday’s dinner with Chia Ee, Kei Ming and Chris at Lavazza Viva Home.

We shared the Potato Platter

Our mains: Mushroom & Ham Pasta; Threesome (sounds so wrong!!!) Hotdog (sounds even worse, eh?); Mushroom Soup; Club Sandwich (ok, this was the second main for Chris)

Dessert was Choc Mousse and Choc Brownie (bad blogger...forgot the pic!)
