Short and early workout this morning. Something like 6am; nothing like a toughie to get the day going, eh?
a) Smith machine overhead shoulder press
b) BB modified clean-and-jerk
c) DB lateral raise
d) Technogym cable rear delt row (this was rough)
e) Technogym cable upright row
f) Abs roller…on the pillow (and for the first time, I actually felt unstable on a raised abs roller workout!)
Sorting out the YMM race recap while trying not to be too negative about the whole event; I mean those guys put in a lot of effort into it. I’m hoping my views of the shortcomings isn’t going to put a dampener on them or anyone planning to run next year.
