Part 1 here. Looks like we’re continuing with our theme of short and intense workouts. BTW, my shoulders and abs are DOMS-ing. Guess what?! This was one of the rare occasions we focus exclusively on biceps and triceps – usually tossed in the basket with the back/lat and chest/pecs.

b) LF cable tricep pressdown

c) Hammer Strength bicep curl (dah! Weak link alert! Ok, maybe just the left)
d) LF tricep pressdown
Supersets of:
e) DB hammer curl (why hello there…long time no see!)
f) Diamond push-ups
Single set of:
g) Reverse abs crunches
