I’m Back!

Did ya miss me? LOL! Needed that break to chill out at home (staycation can be good too!). Anyway, business as usual today and started things rolling with a Chest & Pec workout.

Single sets of (with dropsets AGAIN):
a) Smith machine bench chest press
b) Smith machine incline chest press
c) Hoist chest press (hey there…long time no see)

Supersets of:
d) Technogym cable chest fly (lesson learnt today: put the left foot in front)
e) Pushups on Bosu

Single sets of:
f) Roller abs on instability “pillow” (whatever) (and I made a special request for this! BTW, this is a killer workout and you only need 15-20 reps for 3 sets)
g) Leg raise on True Stretch (oh wow, someone can actually see the ridges of the abs working!)
