Wish Everyday was a Sunday

Doesn’t everyone wish for this? All. The. Time. Weekend started with a DH run and ended with the Gorgeous Fitness Fun Run yesterday. And I was slow…on both runs. It’s plain frustrating and exasperating to see the paces now when there’s really nothing you can do about it except keep plodding on. For that reason ALONE, a break from running this morning was God-send! Oh the iyengar yoga yesterday evening too.

Chest & Pecs

Supersets of:
a) DB bench chest press (someone was hogging the Smith machine!)
b) Wider angled push-ups
c) {Finally after 2 sets of the previous} Smith machine bench chest press (since this was slotted after sets, in all Michael awesome-ness, we ended up with more sets of the first 2 and a drop set at the end)

Supersets of:
d) Smith machine incline chest press
e) Reverse push-ups (Oh, is that what this is called? I always used the term “decline”)
f) DB combo of chest press (I can’t even describe this. Apologies!)

Single set of (drops sets on each set!):
g) Technogym cable chest fly

Supersets of:
h) DB bicep curl
i) Abs crunches on fitball
