Legs are toast and it’s only half a day since this morning’s training.
Supersets of:
a) Smith machine squats (we Michael loaded up the plate weights with 25lbs or was it 35lbs incremental…each side for every set and let’s just say we didn’t stop at 3)
b) Precor plate weight loaded leg squat press (ONE chance to guess the reps I had to do! No need to second guess for the weight!)
Supersets of:
c) Technogym leg extension (10lbs incremental…definitely no bueno and it was just the third workout. Looked like I was in the long haul especially after Micahel commented about doing “more legs” since we’re meeting up again on Friday and Sunday.)
d) Walking lunges (recovery time! But I felt the glutes being stretched and worked…odd since this is usually the “easiest” of the lot. I thought wrong.)

e) Nautilus prone leg curl
f) Jumping squats (eekkks…quads were on fire! No bueno!)

g) Cybex seated calf raises (more eekkks! 100lbs!)
h) BB bicep curl

More “no bueno”…camera breathed its last breath yesterday. RIP. Here's my feeable attempt at crap photo taking with the el-cheapo and even more feeable Nokia mobile.
Bento Box Challenge: open face sandwich with soy floss (made this in the office though the bread was brought from home in a container) and sliced oranges.
