How to Massacre your Legs

Very important lesson coming up. A step-by-step procedure on how to make a carnage of your legs. Avant Grande, no less.

Step 1: Butchered them on a hard-paced short {not-so} fun run.

Step 2: Shred those huge chunks of meat with another hard-paced run (maybe slightly easier paced but no less than 1% of step 1’s effort). This action should be performed on hills <key ingriedient.

Step 3: Do the following…single sets, preferably and don’t sell yourself short. 4 sets of 15 reps. Throw in drop sets on the last one.

Single sets of:
a) Precor hack squat (600lbs please)
b) DB walking lunges (pick the longest walkway; 1 set is out and back, not one way traffic)
c) Cybex plate loaded leg squat press (since you can “easily” do 600lbs, let’s add a bit of weight there at which point, Michael proceeds to add the “minuscule” 50lbs)

Supersets of:
d) Technogym leg extension (oh, let’s start with your previous heaviest weight since we’re on a roll here. I wonder which one of us is on the roll because I certainly wasn’t.)
e) Nautilus Nitro Plus Hip Adduction (new weight. Is anyone seeing a theme here????)
f) Nautilus Nitro Plus Hip Abduction (because you’ve awe-inspiring strong hip flexors (who is he kidding???), you increase the weight plate on this vis-à-vis ingredient (e) above)

Supersets of:
g) Abs roller on the Bosu
h) Plank on the fitball

Simple recipe for a mid week “snack”, massacre snack.

Bento Box Challenge: currently enjoying today's dessert: grapes
