After a week’s hiatus. Here’s a summary of today’s chest-and-back routine:
4 Supersets of:
a) Smith machine bench chest press
b) DB bendover row
Supersets of:
c) Smith machine incline chest press
d) LF cable standing upper back row with iron bar (close grip)
Supersets of:
e) LF cable chest fly
f) LF low row (medium grip)
Supersets of:
g) DB pullovers
h) Decline pushups
We finished up with abs crunches on the Precor Abcrunch.
Feeling slothful today…hence the short blog, if you can even call it that.
