Distance: 4 laps * 2.3km = 9.2km (Garmin: 9.39km – probably because I took the back of the toilet route)
Timing: 50:48 for 5:24 min/km pace

Went at my happy pace and saving the tank for the last 2 laps – so glad I made this “executive” decision.

Faster pace but it was still a happy pace; didn’t feel like death – score!
a) Easy cross training on the elliptical cross trainer instead of a recovery run because my calves cramped up last night but mainly because I was lazy.
