First Workout since NBRR

Not that NBRR was anything like TNF100 but hey I needed a post title. It was a back-and-chest session this morning.

4 Supersets of:

a) Smith machine chest incline press

b) DB bend over row

4 Supersets of:

c) Smith machine bench chest press

d) LF lat pulldown (close grip)

Supersets of:

e) LF cable frontal chest fly

f) LF cable low row

Supersets of:

g) Free standing pull-ups

h) Free standing dips

i) DB pull-over

j) Reverse abs crunches

It was a tough session (and I needed it!) as Michael is stepping up the game. Uber busy in the office this week so it looks like this evening’s run is another no-show. I’m really hoping to put in the mileage this weekend and next week’s Deepavali holidays.
