Mid week workout

It was quite a toughie this morning – starting from the first workout which usually doesn’t happen. Oh well, I did secretly wished for it after all, so serves me right.

Supersets of:

a) Smith machine squats (too much too soon and Michael fooled with the first set! Said it was a warm up! Bah!)

b) DB walking lunges

Supersets of:

c) Cybex plate loaded leg squat press (was almost in tears here…no wait, there’s still the leg curl to tackle)

d) Hoist leg extension

e) Hoist seated leg curl

Single sets of:

f) DB standing overhead shoulder press

g) DB lateral raise

Supersets of:

h) Technogym cable upright row

i) Leg raises
