Back to the grind Part 2

Continuing from our upper body workout series yesterday

Supersets of:

a) Smith machine squats

b) Cybex plate loaded squat

c) BB standing overhead shoulder press

Supersets of:

d) Combo of BB squats and walking lunges

e) DB lateral raise

f) Plate weight frontal raise

Supersets of:

g) Technogym cable rear delt

h) Jumping squats

i) Technogym cable upright row

Single sets of:

j) Leg raises

I woke up slightly groggy but once I started the Buteyko exercises, my body was instantaneously alive! I followed this up with some Sun Salutations A and B before meeting Michael at the gym. The upper body (back and chest) were sore from yesterday’s session but nothing to stop us from working the legs and shoulders.
