This was my drink of choice. Hot chocolate. Bliss.
There were a couple of races over the weekend: KTM Komuter Run 2011 and Sime Darby-Bukit Jelutong Run 2011 on Saturday and this morning were the Bidor Half Marathon 2011, Kinrara Metta Run 2011 and Jogathon Warisan 2011.
I skipped all these in favour of a stress free weekend and training. LSD with Kenny yesterday and this morning's DH with Malcalm; the latter was called off coz the poor guy overslept. LOL!
