2. I need a lot of practice with the Dopie (my minimalist Terra Plana flip-flops!); I tried walking around in them around the room last night and on occasion, they slip off and whooff…they fly off. LOL!
3. This morning’s legs-and-shoulders workout was so do-able despite the load on the leg press (hey, this is one of the rare occasions you are hearing about this, so savor it!).
