Workout: 60 min Precor elliptical cross trainer at moderate to hard pace and 5 min cool down on treadmill
Michael sent me a text message last night about an emergency and since it was too late to make plans with anyone, I hopped onto the elliptical (again) this morning. I switched to the Precor this morning and yesterday’s easy-do-easy-go session must have helped because there was definitely more than a spring to my legs. I could even spend the last third of the session at levels 8-9 (8 mostly). My quads are a bit achy now, not the dramatic kind though which is good because there is an adiNation Training Run (fingers crossed I leave the office early) this evening.
