This morning, Michael and I worked on the back-and-shoulders combo and all single sets but not drop sets though.
a) Precor back row (heavy!)
b) LF cable close grip back/lat pulldown (heavy!)
c) Combo of BB back row and overhead shoulder press
d) Seated DB overhead shoulder press
e) Technogym cable reverse rear delt back fly (still weak!)
f) DB lateral raise
g) Seated DB bicep curl
h) Precor abcrunch
