I am still amazed I actually did it; yes, I thought of chickening out of it and multiple times too! Despite the handicap from the guys a.k.a. they started about 20 meters back, they still overtook me! Le sigh. I am a long, long, long way from even getting to a 1/10 of their pace. With Kenny away and yesterday’s hill intervals, my mileage this week is like super low; yes, I could run on my own but when I do, I tend to slack off and I am not in favour of doing junk miles at the moment.

next wednesday have to increase to 7 - 8 sets. be prepared! hahaha...
