Title thread borrowed from Gunnie’s forum. Today was the first workout for the Rabbit Year and we worked on the back-and-chest combo although my legs felt fine/good/fresh despite yesterday’s 19+km. The recoveries from the LSD are getting quicker and shorter – sure, the hamstrings were sore and the soles of the feet were out-of-this-world but that only lasted overnight. Additionally, the cramps kept away until I finished although there were twinges on the left calf and right toes as I was driving away. I am not too sure if it was the 100Plus I had at the halfway mark (I finished the entire can this time) or if my body is adapting to the load. Either way, score! This morning’s routine:
