19.18km done and dusted! It was ugly given the iffy ankle and top of the left foot but not as ugly as the LSD with Kei Ming (that was not that ugly either but my way of saying it; it is my blog so I am just saying, just saying). Not that ugly because the ratio of jog:run in the last km improved markedly (yes, the calves (not just the right) cramped up AGAIN despite my feeding them of 100Plus at the halfway mark).
Tonight is the Twilight Challenge in Putrajaya - it will be interesting to see the results tomorrow.
