Yoga was good! It ironed out the aching hips I woke up to this morning! Then again, I always have fun during yoga.
The so-called recovery work on the elliptical did not do the job; the hip flexors were still nagging when I got off the cross trainer after 20 min (I was mindful not to push or exert myself too much today since I have a run tomorrow morning). So it was left to Richard to finish the job.
