Training zwei will be this evening with super coach Bee Hoon. I heard it is an “inter-state” run. Let’s hope I make it through without the obligatory ambulance! This morning Michael and I focused on the upper body.

b) Single arm DB back row
c) DB overhead shoulder press
d) DB sumo squat
Supersets of:
e) LF cable back pressdown with the iron bar
f) LF cable low row with the iron bar
g) DB bend over frontal raise
Supersets of:
h) Dips (yes, free standing and I could actual feel my chest muscles tightening!)
i) Hoist seated leg curl
j) Plate weight shoulder rotation
k) Reverse abs crunches
