It was a slightly different route for yesterday’s training – Bee Hoon and Suresh invited us to join them for a slow run around Tijani Bukit Persekutuan and Bangsar. Oh boy, it turned out to be an obstacle course (or in Moey’s comment on FB, an “odyssey”). The “adventure” took us through the hills of Tijani Bukit Persekutuan with a few overhead bridges, uneven pavements and running through a construction site, Planetarium and Muzium Negara thrown in. Yup, it was an 11km foot reflexology for me. As it was a smell-the-flowers pace, I had more than enough in the tank to probably do another 2 laps around the lake after we finished but it was getting dark. I will probably make up the tempo run tomorrow morning before meeting Michael. Fingers (and toes!) crossed!
