I thought I had more than enough rest to conquer this morning’s session (hey, I went to bed at 9:30 pm, ok!) but it was still a very energy sapping session. We worked on drop sets for the back and chest by which time, fatigue was creeping in and we ended up finishing the remainder of the sessions with single sets.

I was thinking of scheduling a session with Diane this weekend but with SW in town and our shopping escapade and the Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon race pack collection, there might not be enough time. My back and shoulder muscles have been uber sore since last week – a combination of workouts and sleeping habits (either that or the matty is wearing out).
