Oh man, it was a heavyweight session this morning. Literally. We went up to 600 lbs on the hack squats, or at least I attempted to do something of the sort.

Supersets of:

a) Hack squats

b) Hoist leg extension

Supersets of:

c) Hoist seated leg curl

d) Combo of DB squats and alternate static lunges (Michael wanted me to do alternate jumping lunges but given my klutz-ness, it was a no-go)

e) Seated calf raises (this was a toughie after last night’s adiNation Training Run in the Bikilas)

Supersets of:

f) LF cable overhead shoulder press with the iron bar

g) DB lateral raises

Supersets of:

h) LF cable bicep curl

i) Abs crunches on the fitball
