Back + Chest on Wednesday & Legs + Shoulders on Thursday

With back-to-back sessions today and tomorrow, Michael decided to put me through a back and chest workout today. For some odd reason, I am missing the pull-ups – sure, it is my dreaded workout and I complained like there is no tomorrow but they are good and effective.

Supersets of:

a) LF cable lat pull down

b) LF cable dual hold bend over back row

Supersets of:

c) Combo of BB dead lift and bend over back row

d) LF cable seated row with iron bar

Supersets of:

e) Bench chest press

f) DB chest fly

Supersets of:

g) Bench incline chest press

h) Elevated push ups

i) LF cable pull over balanced on fitball

We finished up at 7:40 am with some reverse crunches.

Will update this post with tomorrow’s session…tomorrow…or Friday if work gets in the way (am expecting tons to do this week).
