More Upper Body Work

Quick update on today’s routine, which seemed to be littered with upper body workout (I leave my training schedule to Michael; he should know best; and it’s been working out very well so far):

Supersets of:

a) Technogym smith machine incline chest press

b) Plate bendover back row

c) Combo of DB chest fly and chest press

Supersets of:

d) Smith machine squats

e) Combo of BB dead lift and clean-and-jerk

Supersets of:

f) Cable back low row

g) Resistance band chest fly

Supersets of:

h) BB upright roll

i) Cable rope tricep press down

j) Shrugs on LF cable

Final workout was abs crunches on the fitball – we tried the 2-ball method but was unsuccessfully – I kept falling off!
