Gearing up for the weekend

We had our last training for this week and it was a tough one (the “good” kind of tough. LOL!). I am planning on wrapping up the week with a cardio session on the elliptical trainer tomorrow and taking Sunday off – since my parents will be in town this week. A low down on this morning’s workout:

Supersets of:

a) Bench chest press

b) DB chest press

c) Plate weight pull ups

Supersets of:

d) BB dead lift

e) Cybex angled back row

f) LF cable standing mid level back row

Supersets of:

g) Hack squat

h) Hoist seated leg curl

i) Hoist leg extension

j) Resistance band chest fly

Supersets of:

k) Reverse abs crunches

l) BW dips
