Michael took me by surprise when he “announced” that we were going heavy and working on drop sets this morning. While I may whine, groan and moan about it, at the back of mind (and heart), I am truly elated! Else, how could you end up “crippled” and “crashed”? LOL!

Yoga = Massage?
Shilpa once said that a yoga practice is equivalent to a massage and the best bits are that it is free and you can have them anytime! A yoga practice is designed to awaken the body (morning practice) or to wind down (evening practice) and you can tailor the practice to target certain areas of your physical body or hold any pose longer. It can even be an entire session of restorative yoga or meditation. Now all this talk is making me want to either book a session with Margaret/Serenity Cove (especially after this morning’s toughie!) or head over to Richard’s place for a round of yoga (wait! I just remembered that he does not have classes on Fridays!).
