Evening Yoga

A yoga practice at the end of the day is supposed to help you unwind and calm down from the stresses of the day and prepares your body for a restful night. I had intended to attend Richard’s class yesterday but my body was shutting down at 6 pm and I decided it was best to head home instead. On hindsight, it wasn’t the best choice since traffic was horrendous which added on to the stress and had my blood pressure going through the roof! Fingers crossed…traffic should ease up come Ramadhan tomorrow!
