I was very busy in the morning and hence was not able to update the blog during lunch – heck, I even worked through lunch. There were a lot of going-on during the weekend (Hard Rock Café, birthday cake, Kiehls) but I do not have much time now; hopefully I could throw something together tomorrow. After Friday’s killer workout which left me literally flopped to the floor for the entire weekend, today’s cable session was a welcomed relief…just a tad because it was not a breeze either.

Today’s abs crunches were on the stand-alone reverse seat by the window closest to the pool. Unfortunately, the view from the window was not pretty since the water was a dirty green – major clean up required!
