Wednesday’s Workout…Post Bursa-The Edge Rat Race 2010

I could feel the shin splints acting up last night and lo behold…what did I find myself with this morning? No guesses there. Anyway, I headed to the gym and prayed that we were not going to target the legs too much today. Dang! Then again, the legs portion is mild compared to some of the previous sessions. A round up of this morning’s session:

Supersets of:

a) LF cable and iron bar pull over for back lying down on bench

b) Chin ups

c) LF cable and iron bar bend over row

Supersets of:

d) Bench press

e) Combo of DB chest press and chest fly

f) Elevated push ups

Supersets of:

g) LF cable and iron bar – combo of dead lift and clean-and-jerk

h) Hack squat

i) Single leg bench climb with DB with squats at the end

As a “bonus”, Michael threw in one set of DB squats and an elevated DB static lunge for this superset. I was so “thrilled”!

We finished at about 7:50 am after three sets of reverse abs crunches.
