It looks like we might be setting Wednesday as functional training days. It was two super sets today – a major and mini one.
First up were:
a) BB chest press on Bosu fitball
b) Chin ups on True Stretch
c) BB walking lunges interspersed midway with a combo of BB squats and overhead shoulder press on one way, combo of DB deadlift, frontal raise and lateral raise at mid point and BW push ups on the return journey
d) Abs on the wheel set
e) Technogym cable back push down
Next up were:
f) BB skull crusher / French press
g) BB bicep curl
h) Abs crunches on the fitball with legs atop the bench
